Work is good, straight forward, I know my work, My core workers are easy to work with. Conflicts are resolved easily and made easy for all employees to work at peace.

Learning curve

Working hard but don't have benefits and salary not enough.having a good relation with my co-workers.a huge responsibility like sending requests etc.I enjoy doin my job allocating workers,doin inspection on the job that is done.the most challenging is to manage workers as we work in different level sometimes different units.but planning is always excellent.

Great learning expetience

Working as a miner has a lot of challenges, the responsibilities are big and working long hours is a challenge. I strive to always do my best, to get along with co-workers and management. I always go the extra mile because I feel proud when I ho home and know I always do my best.

Data capture

Currently working as a data capture at the TM3 Workshop in the Engineering/Planning Office. Preparing Daily Standing Machine Breakdown Checklist Report on the Excel Spread Sheet Also Capturing the Machine Breakdown on the Karabo System as well as the Service Job Card, Operator Checklist and Keep Sheet ALSO work as a reliever men there is a short at the control room working as a  Control Room Assistant

Challenging

Problem solving is the highlight of my day. Selling our manufactured product without any rejected items is what I see as a successful day. Meeting deadlines and KPI’s a must.

Working under pressure

I am a very hard worker, always willing to learn new challenges, a natural leader, a good listener , always making sure production targets are met without compromising safety. providing safe working condition and equipments for the employees. Ensuring work is done in accordance of the Risk assessment, OHS act, Mine health and safety act and construction regulations.

Pros: I’m available for any promotion.
Cons: I’m always willing to work overtime and to be on a standby
