Good approach

An everyday work is doing admin work. Capturing of new employees file or updating employee documents. Receiving of medical aid and health insurance cards or taking queries concerning these. Booking employees for training and capturing training feedback Building a good relationship with employees and managers- all business stakeholders, this it make it easier to communicate with me and with them. I have learn to be respectful, high level of confidentiality, be flexible and willing to learn and excellent customer facing.

Pros: Get to learn about the company as a whole cause you not only dealing with the employee but also leqarning about the company culture and its values
Cons: You always working even after hours, employees contacting you about their challenges at work

I work as nimart nurse

Clients not to return for their review dates. I can socialize with my co-workers and have a good understanding with them. I have learnt to be patient and listen to others , also understand the way of living. I really enjoy to see my clients improve day by day. It's very challenging to have clients that are virologycal unsuppressed, due to not adhering to the treatment.

Pros: I am dedicated to my work, I can go extra mile to do what ever for my clients to get better. I am their advocate.
Cons: I work and attend meetings, write reports on time.

It was good,it taught me a lot .knowledge of hw to communicate other people and learn about many diseases we hv in our country.it was nice working there and it helped me a lot .nw i knw hw to live a good life with other people

Excellent learning curve

I luntu Mawisa have had the time of my life working for first car rental Cape town. I was a shuttle Clark a role that demanded a lot because I had to make sure our clients got the service they deserve, so that basically means that there's no room for mistakes . However,unfortunately I had to leave the company dude to the COVID-19 pandemic that saw the staff of this particular company being let go.

Great opportunity for career growth

No one day is the same as the other .Co-workers are wonderful people and great friendships are formed .There is a great scope fr career advancement and growth . We are encouraged to be innovative and to take own decisions for our different units that we manage . Funder demands make for long working hours and that leads to no work-life balance as constantly we have to comply to funder requirements The organisation offers very competitive salaries plus benefits like medical aid and pension fund .

I HAVE LEARNED ALOT working with khethimpilo team we work as a team all the way we also share knowledge.but what I hate most you work hard but no promotion you have to apply to see your self in next level

Great experience

I have gained a lot of experience, both in the IR field and employee benefits. KhethImpilo is a good organisation to work for as they always take the employees' issues at heart. They are all for training and development and wouldn't stand in your way should you wish to further your career. I get along well with my colleagues and enjoy working with them. The most challenging aspect of the job was to get use to a non profitable environment coming from a very corporate one.
