No progress

Not fairly treated compare to how newer guys are treated, long hours less paid, no growth ,no help on growth like being taken to do newer certificates Some employees treated bettee than others

Exellence in supervision and site operation

I am much appreciating to work for my company due to the experience and knowledge that I got. And I have the good working relationship with my co-workers and the client. I enjoy to work together as a team since it makes our job easy. the challenges that I encounter is when is very busy during summer time. some times we have to remain behind for extra hours to push the job but thanks to my team and the working spirit.

Good and experience team working

I it was good working under Fidelity,I used to work as.team n looking forward to achieve excellence services to the client....life was good at my current job.ive been promoted as site supervisor.my client was happy about my job.i make sure that I followed the site instructions and make a good example to my team.report all incidents on time and excavate to the senior manager

Hard working eger to learn

I'm good at working with people ; I hate limiting my self to learn more I'm always on time with my work. I put in extra effort when needed to. I'm a quiet person who likes to work alone but when task to work with other I'm doing so. I would like a job of 9-5 weekend off it required to work weekends I will do so. I'm interested in paper work it has a way of calming me and give me peace at my work station most challenging for me is to talk I would rather do that talk
