My work experience was very challeng and I have learnt more from it including to be part if the team work. I am a peoples person who enjoys to be with anyone at work. I like to have my work done before the deadline. There are challenges but if you are united at work everything will go smooth.

Secure environment
a typical work day is one with more or less typical activities and expected challenges. It may vary when we are working on special projects, but that is few and far between. I am very friendly with my co-workers as I always try to foster a positive energy at work. I have learnt patience and I thoroughly enjoy assisting people with challenging projects. The most challenging aspect of my job is to always try keep it interesting and innovative

I have amassed over 6 years of significant, progressive experience in civil engineering projects. My progressive engineering experience has provided me with the ability to lead multi- disciplinary teams. I can plan, design and oversee construction effectively. I posses experience in delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects within highly regulated environments, which has helped me become adept in delivering stable, high quality and cost effective projects.

Growth and Development
I work 9 hours per day.I also work well with my colleagues as they regard me as an asset in the team. I have gained a lot of experience in this field as I enjoy challenge .I have grown up in terms of law enforcement and management duties. Sometimes we work long hours without offs specially during Festive times which I enjoy. I like challenge and growth in whatever I'm doing.
Pros: Advancement is a bit slow
Cons: lack of challenge now as i am used to my duties.

Excellent communication skills
I have 5years working as an Administer, 4years working asca Supervisor/ team leader,xIm willing to learn new thing and I'm axfast leaner as well, I like to work as a team with my colegues atcwork, Im computer literacy with MS Office, MS word Power Point , Excell andcGrouowise. I haveva Diploma in commercial Administration, with Accounting and communication as a subject.
