During my working experience I have gained wealth of knowledge in all spheres of admin

Being overall in charge of staff I had to maintain a friendly but stern approach. Although an open book environment was maintained but certain aspects of confidentiality had to be maintained.

Pros: Being a huge municipality room for progress was noted.
Cons: A lot of travelling

Salary test

8hour job from 7 to 4. We are a team of 6 individuals, we work hand in hand. Most challenging is the fact that we service employees of eThekwini Municipality..

Its nicely to worked there everything is under control every month we get our course to upgrade your self and the other thing if you don't understand something you have a right to ask that and someone gonna be teach you that .and if I'm working on weekend's and holidays its not a normal day but its a overtime and if I'm working an extra hours is going to be overtime too.

Improving knowledge and skills, challenges to improve the experience and working as a team, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs of light vehicles and heavy vehicles, engine, differential, cylinder head, hydraulic and pneumatic breaks ovehaul.

Excellent work experience and knowledge received

I have learnt to present or to express my self infront of people. I enjoy working with different people, with different views and opinions. Even the trainings I have received are very helpful. I also like that the Organisation gives me a chance to report on my daily tasks and activities.

I have been intern but I enjoyed myself there.

I Have degree in accounting science which I obtain at UNISA.I also have attempt CTA level using piece meal method. I’m hard working person who always go extra miles to ensure that I deliver quality service within constraint of time frame . I also believe that as much timely is the one of the important concept in the ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEM, but there also other three concept which are equal to it, which are the occurrence, accuracy and completeness, because if there is no compliance with one of this concept the information that can be produced.will useless for decision making .

Pros: I hope that Will be opportunity to grow and become better person In terms of working experience.
Cons: I always believe that with hard work you always be in better position deliver within constraints.

Advance my career

The company culture is great! Great place to start off your career. Not too many opportunities to be promoted within and not recognized for your hard work and achievements. Management is there for you every step of the way in coaching and helping you with anything you need. Designing , managing contractors, consultants , junior staff and interacting with stakeholders everyday is the best part of the job. There is a lot of ways to show improvement and your skills.
