Excellent learning curve
generally i am apart of a maintenance team that consists of 3 trade tested artisans and 3 apprentices 1 of which i am and we forsee proper asset management and maintenance. the equipment we oversee are water treatment equipment .the structure that our maintenance team work on are very laminar and all 6 of us staff members take equal responsibilities. Each get the designated works orders and even though it drives us to work independently we prefer a collective attack to these works orders .

Be able to face with challenges and conflict resolution in the work place
Practical auditing and accounting working experience. Be able to communicate effectively with the client and have interpersonal skills and soft skills e.g Ms word, Ms excel, Sap, teammate (audit tools) and etc.
Pros: Quick learner and be able to quickly adabt to any situation
Cons: Be able to work long hours for the sake of deliverables and tight deadlines

Senior Project Manager
Throughout my career I have acquired solid management skills, especially experience with leading people, managing processes and implementing change management projects. Due to constant changes in regulations and standards I am accustomed to working with new information and actively improving my knowledge so that my Communication is broadened and Stake Holders are always happy and informed.
Pros: I was responsible for completing the project work in line with the plan and will often report progress to Head of departments.

Discipline and respect
Adhere to safety and follow instructions from supervisor a great team to work with showing camradery always looking out for one another with respect, kindness also showing what the next step is to do the work in a safe and secure aspect so that no bodily harm can happen to you. Always learning something new each day of how to effectively and productivity can be up there with ease accuracy delivering the best out to be most productive as possible. An absolute pleasure to work in a team that count on one another to do what they must to ensure safety of community to prevent loss of life households possessions to make sure that all people can look up to you as a hero that gives back to the people and inspires them to do good.

i worked with different people ,different attitude ,different religions.The most challenge me is when a person see me doing something wrong making a mistake not telling me instant going around talk about me i hate that because i believe that as we walk together we are the family we have to correct,respect, love and teach each other so that we can build and protect the vision of the company,i enjoy to team work,teach and learn ,i love to grow as a person.
