Excellent learner in trainings

I have learnt working in a team is a very good source of communication. I had a strong relationship with my colleagues. There were no challenge. I enjoyed working with a lot of people I love being in a team.

Pros: it taught me how to communicate and how to work in a team.
Cons: i have never worked overtime hours.

Excellent learning curve

Work day from 6_5 in the afternoon all my co workers work as a team company taught me a lot about retail enjoy the people that I work with. My chalange is to learn something new every day

Working hard but earning less

Talking of a very busy shop and I feel management are only thinking for themselves being pushed to meet target while there s a shortage of staff and the long hours without over time 45hours per week it's too much we working well with our fellow workers but we get tired from time to time I've learned to push until you reach the target some of the challenges been having hard working working under a full pressure it's quiet hard the part where you be insulted by customers and staff your feelings

Pros: there are no such opportunities in fact you work and master the job and if there's a post they want to hire people from outside massmart to be thought by us how to do the job even on post they not publishing them you just have to work work work work and work without promotion
Cons: the hours are so long 45 hours per week

Im a good person for this position.

Being a cashier is a good job because I face many challenges of a customer and also from supervisors.the relationship with co- workers is very good because we share ideas and information we have.I have learnt of how to treat a customer in a good way and manner.I've also learnt of how to do work.I've enjoy to assist a customer with their needs and also to solve their problems. The challenges of a job is not to paid on time.

Problem solving

To work at Cambridge food made me see how important it is to have customer care . and i learned to be very strong because your facing different people. communication its very important .

Pros: i will be very much happy if the company is willing to grow people in terms of promotions

Good learning

Team leader is the bast when you are at work pla Motivation of the team it makes your work simple Lead by example is the key of secucse at work You need to know you job title and why are you in place always You need to have a team that is willing to work Learn how to to make youur team to to know what you what everyday

A very great experience and lovey place for grasping as much of knowledge as possible.

I'm making sure that the consultant are complying with the company policy. I'm listening to calls to make sure that clients are treated fairly and that not misled. I make sure that all sales calls 100% quality. I also make sure that they are no breaches in the calls

Pros: Opportunities are very and highly open for growth
Cons: Manageable working hours
