I have learned that at some point you have to begin small in order to reach your destiny and have to be honest and hard working. The seniors are positive people who take life seriously and they inspired me to do good and be dedicated to my work.

Customary service
long hours, need you to focus and attentive to detail. working in the customer environment, brings a lot of challenges, facing customer complaints, and dealing with hard and aggressive guests. it takes a lot of skill to handle hard situations. Challenges very on a day to day basis, i could be dealing with an important docket, then a phone call comes, were i have to assist and injured guest then an employee would demand my attention because she is/he is sick results go from the mos important occurrence to then; lias my other colleague to take care of the other problems that occur. Learned how to handle pressure and deal with situations. i love that i meet different people every day and not every one will treat you the same. so its always best to smile and give them a warm welcome.

Making sure staff are not threatened
I can adapt quickly,work well alone and as a team, more commitment offering, willing to learn more .if oppoturnities arise willing to take part. Non alcoholic and smoker .ability to work under pressure, time management, listening skill

Excellent working skills
I was working shifts and I was enjoying every moment of that and I was working under pressure but that gives me a lesson that you must never rest in every minutes of your wprk day and I have learnt to respect my collegues and supervisors,managers and every client going in and out of the premesis.the most challenging thing was the hours of our shift was very long

Easy to adapt
I haved worked at impala platinum refinery for two years now as a senior security officer in the control room and I enjoy my work because it an important work do as am protecting the company assets and personnel, I have done a lot of investigations using the cameras and I was successful in all the cases to catch the suspects impala platinum refinery it a large mining company with a lot of system and a lot of different type of cameras I learned a lot of security risk and methods.

Good Working Enviroment
A day start at 06:00am and end at 18:00pm. Effective communication with the co-workers makes us achieve good working results at the end of each shift. I have learned that partnership at work reduces number of complains each month. I enjoy the shift that ends without customer complains. The most challeging aspect is when I deal with difficult customers.

First always be on time and arrive with a smile on my face and leave home at home. Be friendly and kind to everyone yet be firm. Besides being firm I need to get to know all employees so that I can pick up when something is wrong and assist if possible keeping in mind that it os a work place. Always treat others the way I want to be treated. Working hard and compliying to procedures will alway keep you on track and will give a successful outcome in any situation. Having poeple contact and always being busy. Always having a challenge and looking for methods to increase production flow. Accepting everything don't always go as planned but always find a way to turn it into my favour.

Learning curve

Limited opportunity for growth
Waking up early and sleeping late,but good working conditions nonetheless. Good working conditions with colleagues and learning from them I learned how to be responsible and accountable, and I grew in this company providing for my family. I enjoy meeting new people and meeting targets Challenging aspects are long hours
