Excellent in telephone technique
What I have learn to my colleque is that I must always work with people .ask where I don't understand things from them .help people if they are in need take care of my job as well .by working in my company I have learn to trust to work as a group.

No learning opportunities.
As I'm working with clients, eveyday I gain experience of different kinds people. I enjoy working with clients. They are friendly, and also encouraging , challenges are those who do not take instructions from the Security, we solid with the manager.
Pros: No promotion at all.

I work shift
salary is not that much but i appreciate it, i normally work shift Day and night, my relationship with co-workers is good we treat each other equally with respect,I learned that person can not know everything,if you need help ask,i enjoy driving most,i face challenges when i have to cover for someone who absent from work

An eye opening
Interacting with different people as we do access control , screening baggages and doing body search and monitoring Arch metal detector. Relationship with co-workers is good as the channel of communication is clear and comprehensible . I've learned that the ability to listen and act on client s complaints is vital . Enjoyed attending theoritical training and applying that practically at work environment . Standing at one place for long hours is a challenge

I would like to work as a team,friendly person, like to smile at all times.
The problem I work long hour and I don't get nice money, and there is no promotion because my goal is to achieve. I travel far to work and I don't get transport allawence .BT I work nice I don't work under pressure if going to be late I inform the employer and doesn't have a problem for that as long as I call them

Great experience to grow.
I review and process pay queries & payroll organs, as well, compile and send out reports to management and to my sites. I absolutely adore my colleagues because I've created a rapport with them and we share the same work ethics & views with regards to our working conditions. I've learned SAGE 300, TEAMS and how to administer and manage payrolls; my excel skills have improved immensely. I enjoy the pressure of deadlines. The most challenging aspects of my job is when the site administrators don't adhere to cut-off dates and send accurate data for me to process.
Pros: Great opportunity to grow within and outside the company.
Cons: No laptop provided to work from home, especially now during the Covid pandemic.

Excellent place to learn and grow
I am response officer who is responsible to attend signals and assist supervision and management duties. I enjoy working in security industries and perform the security security duties. It makes me to learn how to work with people. It also make me to learn how to perform security duties, how to protect company property, people, information, and finance. I now know how to apply security risk control measures to protect the company against the wrong does.

Experience with people
I am doing fingerprints and access cards for contractors to access the estate. And work at Home owners association reception at times when the lady who works there is sick. I interact with different kinds of people, i have learnt to be patient on how to handle different kinds of people.

Working bad e.g. As a delivery guy, maintenance guy and plumber
I enjoy working nights because no working maintenance and plumbing since I am not a good person for the job. I prefer to be taught 1st how to operate in such conditions. I'm a security officer not a garden boy who can dig whole for pipelines.
