Excellent learning curve

I really enjoy my work, it's challenging me in many ways. Our company has a lot of departments which gives me exposure to different departments such as HR, Stock control, fleet management, IR and operations. I have a good working relationship with my colleagues, we work as a team to take the company to the next level and maintaining the company standards and values. The most challenging part about my work is the constantly changing of policies but since I'm flexible I adopt very quickly

Excellent Learning Curve, Management of large groups in different regions

i would not recommend the company to anyone looking for employment, you are not free at everything you do, The company can easily dismiss you because they do not lose anything, no proper training are provide, no bonus, medical aid or pension

Pros: You get to be exposed to different stakeholders
Cons: Long hours, less money

Preparation for future

I am respected and valued by my colleagues,I with my colleagues stand together all the time and keep the word team work. My colleagues always enjoy my company. Adaptibility,Communication Listening,Administration,Patient and Leadership that is what I learn while inside the company. Camps,Physical fitness,Travelling to Fire those are what I enjoy. Working Long hours in steep area,Working at Night in a country that never seen in a daylight those are my most challenging aspect

Challenging but

My typical work day comes with alot of thinking on your toes type of work. Not everyday is the same it challenges me daily. Our core values are team work we all need each other to make KZN a succeeding province. I have learnt to think on my feet, to stay self motivated as I need to lead by example.

I've attained tangible experience from the ground level up until to the management level

principals nor Executives and records, Ensure that allMy principals nor Executives at my current Base will attest to my natural abilities to ensure systematic filing of Occupational Health Safety documents and records, Ensure that all IODs sustained at the base level are reported in time, inspect workplaces for potentially unsafe an unhealthy conditions and working practices and advices on the necessary steps to mitigate risks. Pros: I went up the ranks from fire fighter to she rep from she rep to type 2 supervisor and to junior OHS officer
Cons: I wasn't giving uping when I'm struggling to get what make me and subordinates happy

Prepares you for any challenges out there

Always busy Co-workers not trustworthy will stab you in back if needed HR ins and out - how many loopholes there are in the system Love all the events and bookings I have done Challenge to work with executives that has no morals and standards working on fire has prepared me to cope with any challenge out there

Cons: You are never assured of your job. no bonus or any pensions or medical

Attention to detail and a hard worker

I am Hard worker with good personality, Honesty ,Trustworthy,i have necessary skills that are outline on the Job description, I am a fast learner ,I perform my task within time frame

Pros: I have been promoted from a type fire fighter do a type 3 dispacher
Cons: I can work long working as i have managed to work Shift on a 6 to 6 for more than two years

Fire Fighting

I am currently doing administration,Training of new recruits by learning them how to drill .Assisting with storework,I have being on training as an helicopter pilot assistant.I have being learned how to work with a maximinm of 60 people per day .I like the outdoors and being in the field and the most challenging in my workplace is not dishonest people.
