Excellent learning curve
We are a recruiting agency. I have learnt to Manage people and be very strict. Get along with all of my co workers despite being strict. I enjoy my work because no day is the same. I have learnt to think out of the box - and think fast.
Pros: Opportunity for promotions are excellent.

It is a good learning curve for me
It is a good company, they are open and able to teach and give you experience in all aspects. They allow you to do things on your ow in order for you to learn. They are very good co-workers to relate. i have learn a lot like recruiting, filling, how to handle phone calls outgoing and incoming. I find all not difficult more especially when you have a good teacher or supervisor.

Valuable asset within the organisation
Processing accurate payment and ensure all employees are paid. Solving incoming internal queries Working in teams and I have learnt to work in a fast pace as I was processing monthly, weekly and Bi-weekly payroll. I enjoyed processing EFT and if the hours on the invoices were balancing.

Satisfaction
operations is a busy title, it includes many aspects, from arranging the op's clerk has the right staff, to making sure they meet the clients requirements, to ensuring they get to the client staff, and that they get paid by us which includes communicating with the client in the week, and insuring we receive timesheets, important part is to get the invoice to the client for payment. Trust and team work is the key to success in operations, loyalty , going that extra mile. Satisfaction that you have been able to give people work, enjoyment when the client takes them permanent. Challenging is to be available 24/7 and to be able to assist with that requirement whether its in working hours or after hours. Dedication, love for recruitment.

Great working environment among the labourers
Largest warehouse in south Africa housing up to thousands of workers, among 4 different agancies including workforce Staffing whivj I am part of. We as the cycle count clerks are responsible for monitoring and maintenance of the stock and ensuring that the inventory is as the system suggests or update when necessary, including the expiry dates and ensuring that the right stock is in its right place.
Pros: 4 days in and 4 days off

Am good on working as team
am a person who is complete NQF 4 in Engineering related design/ Mechanical engineering,i enjoy to work as mechanic cause i was done practice at school but every available job am will to work cause am not yet working

Good learning curve
I do almost everything admin related. My coworkers are amazing. I learned that sometimes its about who you are. I enjoy my environment around my coworkers. What is challenging is that you work so hard, come month end.. you have nothing to sure for it
