Great working environment among the labourers

Largest warehouse in south Africa housing up to thousands of workers, among 4 different agancies including workforce Staffing whivj I am part of. We as the cycle count clerks are responsible for monitoring and maintenance of the stock and ensuring that the inventory is as the system suggests or update when necessary, including the expiry dates and ensuring that the right stock is in its right place.

Pros: 4 days in and 4 days off

Good working order

I had an awesome time with the company and employees. I develop inquisitive mind for personal development. Learning is endless but possibilities for growth are coming along at steady pace. I am looking for a fast growing company and employees upskilling opportunity.

my current employer is workforce staffing and im good being . i just want something permanent because my contract here is temporary and it expiry date is at the end of this month

Excellent learning curve

A Typical work day at my current job would be, hectic from start to finish, but i do enjoy the rush. My relationship with my co workers is very understanding aswell as professional, and there is also a bond kindness and friendliness. I have learned alot in the time and also really enjoy doing admin work because it is something i always wanted to do. The most challenging aspects of mh job would be when it is time for payroll, you have to be sertion of evedything you do , because you are working with people's money.

Working and leading a team of hard working individuals.

The company i am working for deals in outsourcing employees for other companies. I work as a site supervisor at frontier inn casino,i administer all human resources related matters.i supervise the staff that falk under our company i do recruitment and administration

Its a excellent learning curve

I come from very fast paced environment where I was moving fast and now I am currently in a slow paced environment which we prepare for stores,I used prepare for customers,but with that being said I enjoy this environment because it's logistic and supply,

Pros: I don't know I am still new
Cons: I work 12 hour shift

Hard working, can work under pressure, adapt well, caring, presentable,

-Down load clocking for period and calculate them -Daily spread sheets -Time and attendance -Loading new employees and process new clock no -Attend to WCA -Attend to meetings -Read, respond and send all mails

Excellent learning curve

We are a recruiting agency. I have learnt to Manage people and be very strict. Get along with all of my co workers despite being strict. I enjoy my work because no day is the same. I have learnt to think out of the box - and think fast.

Pros: Opportunity for promotions are excellent.
Cons: Working in Benoni and living in Vereeniging
