Efficient growth
I'm working in an ensurance company, which is a very busy environment, the is always changes of new functionality for the system, we test all the application for financial advisory. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers we share knowledge and help each other in terms of task that need to be delivered and reaching deadlines without being completed. I have learn to design my own report to track both work progress and defect cycle, I have also learn to work with complex system and do technical testing. What so challenging is having follow up with defect that got no work ahead that has block your testing with no work ahead but deliveries is needed at the end of the day. I have learn to create test plan to ensure all functionalities are covered

A big company good for starters
Have worked for the company over 4 years . The company is good for starting a career but the promotions are very less especially if you are not an Indian

Excellent learning curve
Everyday is different. There's never a dull moment. Things change all the time and the people also change roles quite often. It's a great place to learn and get involved in different things. Co-workers are generally friendly and people don't hold grudges which is great. The culture is that one can voice their opinions freely without fear of being reprimanded. Once you've voiced your opinion, everyone moves on.

Wonderful growth and a very nice learning curve
I have had a wonderful relationship with my coworkers. The company is very flexible in learning new technologies which helped me learn DevOps, work in a culture that is truly world-class, when it comes to learning and experiences around. The most I enjoyed are the opportunities I got, I was able to understand the banking sector in-depth, especially when it comes to payments, personal business banking, and corporate business banking.
