Western Province Caterers Reviews

Learning a lot at this company

There is no growth for me as a data capture. Full training is properly illustrated so at most times you learn as you go along. I picked up how things work from my colleague's yet I feel like I can do more. A normal days work will include capturing of invoices. Scanning and filling. Interact with with management at a unit. Doing credit notes. Running an errant for the boss.

Pros: nice people to work with
Cons: no overtime. work once a month up until 10pm at night for a week. no lunch breaks

Challenging

It is fantastic working for our company, always wanting us to do only our best. Every day is a learning opportunity, Each day we have to improve or better things than the day before. Being in a higher position, it makes me want to a an extraordinary role model for others. Showing staff that you can enjoy your day at work no matter how stressful. Your day can be. I try to show others by example how body, facial and tone of voice makes a difference in how other see you. I try to keep a positive attitude so that others find it easy to work with me.

Pros: Promotions, growth, yes
Cons: Long hours, non stop working day from start to finish
