Learning a lot at this company

There is no growth for me as a data capture. Full training is properly illustrated so at most times you learn as you go along. I picked up how things work from my colleague's yet I feel like I can do more. A normal days work will include capturing of invoices. Scanning and filling. Interact with with management at a unit. Doing credit notes. Running an errant for the boss.

Pros: nice people to work with
Cons: no overtime. work once a month up until 10pm at night for a week. no lunch breaks

Excellent learning curve

I chose my current position to move more to front of house and management because I am looking to master all aspects of hospitality so I one day can own my own restaurant. In the work environment I have learnt to be more like a team captain rather than the coach screaming from the side. Meaning I am willing to help work and also fill the leadership position, Rather than just giving instructions I enjoy working under pressure as I believe it brings out the best in you.

Huge company, lots of opportunity

Communicating with the client every morning to plan the day. Making sure staff have everything they need for the day. Managing stock, budges and quality. Keeping an eye on higiene procedures.

Learning on a daily basis

This was a new start for me . A great learning as I came from the catering industry and jionean lending company that lends money to second hand car dealerships nationally. The other companies do bridging finance . The staff are very helpful and they are knowledgeably the most helpful in helping one understand the businesses.I have experienced a good working relationship with I have with taff and management alike. . Excellent way to integrate my vast Office experience

Working in a multi company group, servicing 2000+ individuals. Dealing with Staff and Management is a rewarding experience in my effortst to always give my best and seeing the results. I love the problem solving, analytical aspect of my job. The challenge us to always get the job done accurately and right the first time. My most enjoyable is to see the appreciate at a no well done. As a team we can acchieve so mucn more in our efforts to assist clients.

Pros: Great opportunity to expand my knowledge.
Cons: Simply puts no cons. I enjoyed the Bush environment. In fact, I thrive on it.

Excellent growth opportunities, built relationships with clients. strict deadlines

I I I I started as a creditors cleark and was promoted to supervisor within two months. i was then promoted to bookkeeper within a year . the position was very demanding and had its cvhallengers

Not what is appears to be

Bad management at the company. Too much overtime required. The best about the company is that the have company uniform which makes them standout. There is too much animosity between co-workers and as a result makes an unpleasant working environment

New company

New company with new challenges and opportunities Like working with staff and also a very good relationship with my co-workers Work day:prep in morning, stock fridges, display fridges, restock resale items I enjoy the team spirit with co-workers and management L earned and enjoyed the fast lifestyle of students

Very rewarding

The retirement sector is an opportunity to work with the elderly. It's an honor and a privilege that few get to experience. You learn everyday from everyone around you because they've experienced life a lot longer than you.
