Good and excellent learning curve

The safety manager was able to allow me to be creative and innovative, he allowed me to exercise the knowledge I have gained. I was given a free role in looking on whether the employees as well as management do comply and follow all safety measures that are set out in the company policy.

Pros: Great working conditions for possible permanent employment.
Cons: Maximum working hours

Experienced Cashbook clerk

More than 20 years of Cashbook experience in three different companies. Cash flow reporting and forecast on a weekly basis and even on daily basis when needed. Bank Recons in different currencies like USS, Euros and pounds . Forex payments and forex revaluation and following up on long outstanding entries. Dealing with banks and customers and suppliers.

Challenging experience

I manage 3 teams on a construction I manage 3 teams on a construction site, who construct the required structures as per project spec. I interact with the team supervisor and members regularly. Opportunities to gain experience in multiple construction fields

Early to rise, meeting with the team on site and strategize the day. Planning, reporting and more reporting. Financials< budgets and making them balance to allowable and pre-plans. Also do not forget that the new tender must go in....

Pros: Training and development essential to the succession and skills pipeline regarded as key success factor. Family orientated. Best mentoring and experienced learning in this industry!
Cons: Still old-school in people management and still feels the need to micro-manage, rather than learn to skill to manage with trust and capability. Middle management tend to be small minded in some areas.

Excellent

It's good to work at big company, I have an excellent time working with people whom I'm working with at wbho construction. They give me a lot of opportunities as I like to grow as a people. This company have a lot working machines like excavator, mobile cranes, graders (etc).

I'm hardworking , responsible and self-motivated .

I regard any new experience as a challenge. Starting my morning just by going true basic admin,e-mails of myself and planning my day forward . Timing myself on every task i do. What i have learnt rather be less but show more . The best thing i enjoy is to end my day off by completing all my goals i planed for the day. To be able to multitask at all times.

Pros: Show to other that i can do more that's expected from me.
Cons: To go the further mile.

Excellent learning curve

Dear Sir / Madam Having worked within the industry for over 15 years, I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet, and exceed the expectations for the role. In my present role as a Commercial Manager for Tekfalt Binders (Part of WBHO Group) I have had many achievements, including 14 years of my career as a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor with many projects completed successfully.
