I am a hard worker and who is ever willing to learn.

I am a top collector at VVM and I believe that hard work pays off. we work hours such as 8-5 pm . I am a person that I get along with everyone which is including the cleaners. I learnt that its not how old you are or what position you hold if a person is willing to learn then there is always a chance of growth, I enjoy helping debtors understand there accounts.

Poor management skills

There's no growth or any company benefits, long hours, no overtime or any increase no rumeneration for public holiday, good staff but poor environment not good health and safety

Great experience

I learned a lot about deptors and how to handle a difficult situation without panicking I just have to be calm,the experience of attention to details helps me to know what I'm doing.

Excellent learning curve

VVM is a growing company...gives good opportunities but with zero promotion prospect.It is a good starting place for school leavers.I really enjoyed the culture of the Company.

credit control and customer service training learning to be fluent in all activities reaching targets on daily basis.. 7000 monthly target 150000 QA must be 90 percent to qualify for incentives

Scholar Transportation

II have been unemployed for alot of years but went on to wash dustbin to get abit of money to survive. I then later sold snacks and sweets to scholars to fix my car, when I finally made enough money I fixed the vehicle and went on to transport children to school. That is my current business.

Take care of your customers before someone takes care of them

I'm a free spirited person who likes to see other people happy and free. I'm easy to work with more especially when we strive to accomplish one goal. Being a call centre agent has taught me patience and love of people as there are the one that pay my salary

Very very hardworking -

I am the best candidate for this job - I'm target driven - can work well alone and best in a team - team player. - can do any task given to me - good listener. Excellent work ethics and many learning curves with great opportunities

I am an exceptionally motivated person with a positive attitude, I always set high but realistic goals for myself and always believe that I can do anything I set my mind to, I have strong communication and problem solving skills, I easily adapt to change and I am always keen to learn new things. I work well under pressure, very flexible, people orientated, friendly and a team player and also a good leader when given the opportunity to. I am also result orientated and achieve my targets in alignment with the Company's objectives and core values. I would love to be a part of the great team you have and add my value.
