At VVM Attorneys I'm working as outbound agent calling the debtor on be have of the clients and and.writing the note on what was said between agent and the debtor.Calls only take 5 second to come to the dialer as the system is dailing for us.The accuracy is 98 and the speed is 34 wpm. The is the time we are dailing on the account have have worked which they didn't pay and u have to treat it as.ur account and get the one from that debtor.We work as a team we help each other as one is straggling for instant somepeople are good in debit order and some are good in settlement so swap the station to help each other cause we all have one coal which is money in the bank and to reach target

Excellent learning curve

VVM is a growing company...gives good opportunities but with zero promotion prospect.It is a good starting place for school leavers.I really enjoyed the culture of the Company.

Great Experience

Good Team work and very friendly environment I have learned to work extra time I have learned to work under extreme pressure. I enjoy working with people of different diversity. HR Departments is not accessible Training is very intense and very helpful. Leave policy is not as per Labour Law like if you don't have sick leave you get unpaid leave, there is no temporary disability leave. Family responsibility is only for your wife and kids. No entertainment for young starts. The building and working conditions are Great. There is a nurse and personal trainer. Shifts are not accommodating for people who stays far from work place

Poor management skills

There's no growth or any company benefits, long hours, no overtime or any increase no rumeneration for public holiday, good staff but poor environment not good health and safety

Very very hardworking -

I am the best candidate for this job - I'm target driven - can work well alone and best in a team - team player. - can do any task given to me - good listener. I am a leade - I thought myself a lot of things - - my motto is: quitters never win.. And winners never quit! Great with customers - friendly - great sense of humor - work. Very well under pressure and I can do any task given to me - target driven

I am hard worker I could say the pressure is one of things that I can manage learning and engaging with other peers to grow my career more especially listening skill paying attention to others concerned.

Take care of your customers before someone takes care of them

You need to to respect your clients take care of them at all times because they are the one that paying most salaries. If you build trust with you clients they will want to make you version visible by doing what you advice them to do

I am a hard worker and who is ever willing to learn.

I am a top collector at VVM and I believe that hard work pays off. we work hours such as 8-5 pm . I am a person that I get along with everyone which is including the cleaners. I learnt that its not how old you are or what position you hold if a person is willing to learn then there is always a chance of growth, I enjoy helping debtors understand there accounts.

Call centre environment and real testing career

Quite a good experience that empowered me with various skills. I am able to communicate effectively at all levels. I am able to apply client liaison skills. I learnt good interpersonal skills and have a professional approach towards dealing with clients and towards life in general. During my employment I learnt to persevere and to be responsible. Accounting to my own actions, having own initiative and being able to make critical decisions in the work environment. I was able to relate well with colleagues even those who are not friendly enough to be easily approached. Experienced different dates at work like a really bad day but I learnt to put the job first.
