This has taught me the importance of recieving a call because that determines. Your target reached and money is the bank. What I mean about money in the bank is talking to a debtor and debtor making payment which bring closer to reaching your target and exceeding it

I'm a free spirited person who likes to see other people happy and free. I'm easy to work with more especially when we strive to accomplish one goal. Being a call centre agent has taught me patience and love of people as there are the one that pay my salary

Good

At VVM Attorneys I'm working as outbound agent calling the debtor on be have of the clients and and.writing the note on what was said between agent and the debtor.Calls only take 5 second to come to the dialer as the system is dailing for us.The accuracy is 98 and the speed is 34 wpm. The is the time we are dailing on the account have have worked which they didn't pay and u have to treat it as.ur account and get the one from that debtor.We work as a team we help each other as one is straggling for instant somepeople are good in debit order and some are good in settlement so swap the station to help each other cause we all have one coal which is money in the bank and to reach target

Excellent learning curve

VVM is a growing company...gives good opportunities but with zero promotion prospect.It is a good starting place for school leavers.I really enjoyed the culture of the Company.

You need to to respect your clients take care of them at all times because they are the one that paying most salaries. If you build trust with you clients they will want to make you version visible by doing what you advice them to do

I am a hard worker and who is ever willing to learn.

I am a top collector at VVM and I believe that hard work pays off. we work hours such as 8-5 pm . I am a person that I get along with everyone which is including the cleaners. I learnt that its not how old you are or what position you hold if a person is willing to learn then there is always a chance of growth, I enjoy helping debtors understand there accounts.
