Excellent learning curve

The start of my career, Good experience and knowledge gain, Good team and management. Doing what I'm passion about and learning through my mistakes and challenges with regards to my work. Being able to pick myself up. Competing amongst each other to make sure we all come up on top. The challenges would be keeping up with all your projects and everything updated as far as the client is concerned. Because it's all about Time, Quality and Cost.

Great Experience

The working environment is very good, I engage well with my fellow colleagues. The culture of my current company is very friendly, I enjoy engaging with my colleagues. I have learned quite a lot during my period and more especially on how to deal with very complex issues. The learning experience has been very good.

Vox has an exciting fast paced culture that recognizes hard work.

Vox has an exciting fast-paced culture that recognizes hard work. There is room for growth and it is a great place to learn. The Job has its challenges, as you are thrown into the deep end and many sales representatives do not make it. This makes for a great learning experience. There is an element of micromanagement but the overall support from line managers is great and all employees are team players.
