Great learning experience

My typical day at work is dealing with different people every day. I had a great relationship with my co-workers, we worked hard as a team to bring good results at the end of the day's work. I learnt that working in a big company like Volkswagen, one has to be dedicated at what they are doing and working with great innovative people has taught me much. To be able to work as an individual and to prioritize your work. What I enjoyed most about my work was meeting and creating new relations with new people everyday. The most challenging one was having to deal with difficult and not satisfied customers.

Excellent PR

A typical workday is 8 hours. Glass ceiling. Relationship with co-workers is somewhat professional. I have learnt a lot technically. I acquired PLC, Robotics and Automation skills.

Excellent growth potential

The company is well established and stable. It is highly invested in south africa and growing and promoting south Africans. There is a huge focus on Broad based black economic empowerment. The supply chain is well established and team in and development is ongoing.

Excellent career advancement

I started with a company in 2006 as pre-tech student. In 2007 company gave a year contact as Trainee Technician at Manufacturing planning 2008 I was made permanent as Production Quality Engineer

It is a nice day to day working experiance get do diffrent process on mainly manufacturing of the car with good support of mannagers and lane leaders i enjoy building the car up and see my success i have learn a lot on that.

Been a very rewarding experience

Lots of opportunities for promotion and movement. The colleagues are great, lots of people to know at work and outside work. Has got lots of opportunity to learn, study and improve oneself I thoroughly enjoyed the 15 years spent at this company.

Eight to Great

The work is to trouble shoot problems and support production in day to day operations. Brainstorming with other team members in crossfunctional teams is reinforced in order to sustain activities. Lessons learn is enriching and teach team members much about other departments. The work is interesting and keep one motivated and challenged.

Excellent learning curve

Work in the motor industry and familiar with the processes and systems. Currently working on contract and would love to work as a permanent employee. With my qualifications and experience I believe I'm the best candidate for this opportunity
