Good to great achievement
Experiencef prodiction management with direct work and inter action with quality management in all drafts and needs of production. Plus 15 years experience as production supervisor. Holding mechanical engineering diploma and studying towards MBA, left with treatise, which I plan to do next year.

Excellent
working at Volkswagen was very challenging yet again very interesting as it helps build up your personality, your self esteem as we were working with people everyday, it taught me how to handle people with different personalities and tempers. also mastered to work under pressure at all given times. i mostly enjoyed communication with with client and the good relationship i had with my co-workers. challenging part was the long hours i had to work everyday, early mornings and late evenings.

A great experience and a lot has been learnt.
The VW company is a known company and I am very Lucky to be working with the company. I am an HR Trainee at the company, started this year January on contract that is finishing in December. I have learnt a lot as a person. I mostly work with people or employees with different attitude and personality, came across conflict a few time and managed to over come it and solve the issue that was at had.
Pros: Good place to work for.
Cons: pay for employees is good.

Work experience
I work 6 days a week. The relationship between me and my team is good. We work as a team. I have learnt how people think inside the organization and how to keep a good communication with my colleagues. I really enjoyed my work when I have to use the system to receive car parts and enter them. The most challenging part it when we have to do the stock counting on

Excellent learning curve
Excellent learning curve. great space to learn. import exposure but no opportunity for growth. Excellent work-life balance and great benefits. Had an awesome supervisor. Boss was a bit tough but learnt alot on attention to detail because he gave us a hard time on that.
