Challenging yet great Opportunity for gaining skills
I start my day booking in my customers. I proceed to inspect the vehicle and to get a quotation ready for the customer. As soon as the customer gives me authorization I will order all the parts and start the repair or service. after The service I Invoice the job card and do a quality inspection in the form of a test drive. As soon as the vehicle is done I do a last visual inspection to ensure that the vehicle is clean and that there are no further problems. last I contact the customer to inform the customer on when the vehicle will be done and do the handover as soon as the customer comes to collect.
Pros: Complete freedom when it comes to quotations and working with the customers. we are our own service advisers and are able to learn more skills eg. Costing, booking in customers, warranty work and skills required for a service advisor.
Cons: There is no opportunity for moving up in the company, not currently or in the future

I need to extend my experience
being your own boss, making the right decisions and being creative in a team work. i love working under pressure, making updates on your calendar and keep records on your file, you just need to be friendly and keep your work first, so then your co-workers will love you as long as you keep your work updated. i have learnt to obtain the position as to be multi-tasking as a front desk for the company in receptionist or office administration. it was very polite and organised for the job and i believe the power of knowledge with additional of experience ensure the business continuity at all times.
Pros: just want to change inviroment and need expirience from other companies or institutions.

A great experience and a lot has been learnt.
The VW company is a known company and I am very Lucky to be working with the company. I am an HR Trainee at the company, started this year January on contract that is finishing in December. I have learnt a lot as a person. I mostly work with people or employees with different attitude and personality, came across conflict a few time and managed to over come it and solve the issue that was at had.
Pros: Good place to work for.
Cons: pay for employees is good.

Work experience
I work 6 days a week. The relationship between me and my team is good. We work as a team. I have learnt how people think inside the organization and how to keep a good communication with my colleagues. I really enjoyed my work when I have to use the system to receive car parts and enter them. The most challenging part it when we have to do the stock counting on

Learning alot developing new skills
Start of my day bby sending clients their accounts updates, After that I deal; with the cash accounts, I also assist on account queries. Accasionally I assist salesman in typing quotes. Learning etka day by day. I order accesories for gifting new car sales clients. I order car pets as stock depletes. I occasionally type the stock orders. I started of on cash accounts and receiving stock. I have grown everyday. I have now been granted privilages to make credits. Calling for outstanding monies building relationships with customers

Growth
I loved working with people of all races and to establish relationship. Working with a good team kept me going. I have learnt to work with all kinds of people and creating a good working environment, I have also learnt to solve problems without going to the manager. I am seeking an opportunity to work in a business environment that can enables me to use my skills to achieve companies goals.

Excellent learning curve
work under pressure and be pattient wih your difficulties managers,it was great team and excellent managers. i have learnt that in most cases a person should be in compitent with the managers, you will learn more from them and the couleques can be difficult sometimes but others can be good to you
