Good customer service
Im 35 years old lady whose been working as a sales consultant up to being a assistant manager at one of the biggest company in South Africa vodacom shop for 9 years. I'm a hard worker always willing to learn. I was awarded for most new contracts done and best sales consultant in 2 years in raw. I'm good at what i do. I don't mind to relocate and travelling I did End User Computer Course in 2010

Great team work
Good team work and incentives Need to know what you want to achieve and work hard to make commision alot of clients espically ebu customers can always upsell

Excellent sales experience
It was a great experience for me since I just finished with tertiary and it was a good opportunity for me to get used to working as it was my first job. I learnt to communicate well with people and also made me to be more friendly. What I enjoyed the most was spending my own money and being independent. The most challenging thing is always being at work because of the working hours but it's all worth it.

Certificate in business admin
Working in my field has tought me a lot of things and I also subbmited in my position. It has been a good experience being there. A typical long day gave me a joy ride cause I woke hard under pressure . U relationship was always happy, professional and ethical I want to learn a whole lot more than what I expected I learnt how to be independent and don't rely on sources by myself I enjoy music and talking to other people My challenges are that I'm very kind and people tend to take advantage of that all the time

It was good for experience
I was working at Vodacom shop, it was a great place to work in. I didn’t have any problems at work and the stuff was good to work with. I learned a lot with working with people and always being kind. I also learned about myself and my strengths and weaknesses. I know I’m a hard working person and a fast learner.

Difficult customers that makes me grow each day and ways of dealing with them
..Working at my company is about helping customers with their technical problems and troubleshooting with their computers and phones and also doing desktop support with vodacom systems instore ..i enjoy helping clients and taking ownership with problems and the main aim to see them happy and creating a good customer base ..i have created a good relationship with both my employer and colleagues were i see them as a family and it makes it easier workin in an environment were your open and friendly to everyone ..The most challenging aspects of the job is meeting difficult customers but each challenge become a stepping stone and a learning curve which is why iv grown so much as both a person and an employee

No excellent learning curve
Workers are not being treated with the same respect. A lot of conflicts in the work place. There's no growth for me, I've been working as part time since 2017. There's a lot of nepotism in the company.

Excellent learning curve
A great working environment, where I have excellent customer service skills and communication skills. My tasks including: customer service , Cashier, Stock taking, Stock order, Answering phones nd etc.
