Excellent learning curve

a typical work day for me basically is coming to work with a positive mind set knowing what is expected of me today. I love working with people not only do i enjoy being in the company of customers but as well as my co-workers, rather not co-workers but famliy. i have a lot since i have started as a sales consultant, what i have learnt the most is how to control my emotions in certain situations. and also how to go about dealing with difficult customers. The feeling of a sales coming on just gives me an adrenaline rush, reason why i love sales is because everyday you get to do something better. most challenging aspects of the job is , competition, everybody wants to be on top, and this is where greed comes in , and jealousy

Excellent learning

I have three years working for vodacom,I started as sales consultant to assistant manager and to store manager.I was appointed to manager because of my hardworking and excellent customer service that I was delivering,and also because I am a target driven person.I used to and still enjoy assisting customers with their queries, it is much interesting to me because I love facing new challenges and making sure of that at the end the problem will be solved and my customers leaves the store happy and satisfied with my service,and to me I have learned something new. i end up knowing everything about our systems and company as well because if I don't know something I don't say that to my customers, I ask my subordinates and they help me..the most challenging thing is when there is no business for the month and we keep trying and pushing but nothing comes out.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours with little wage.

Difficult customers that makes me grow each day and ways of dealing with them

..Working at my company is about helping customers with their technical problems and troubleshooting with their computers and phones and also doing desktop support with vodacom systems instore ..i enjoy helping clients and taking ownership with problems and the main aim to see them happy and creating a good customer base ..i have created a good relationship with both my employer and colleagues were i see them as a family and it makes it easier workin in an environment were your open and friendly to everyone ..The most challenging aspects of the job is meeting difficult customers but each challenge become a stepping stone and a learning curve which is why iv grown so much as both a person and an employee

It was good for experience

I was working at Vodacom shop, it was a great place to work in. I didn’t have any problems at work and the stuff was good to work with. I learned a lot with working with people and always being kind. I also learned about myself and my strengths and weaknesses. I know I’m a hard working person and a fast learner.

Good experience

customer telephonically. Working on Working for Vodacom was a learning curve. I learnt to work under pressure and with deadlines but accurately. I learnt the importance of telephone manners, as that would attract a customer telephonically. Working on commission,Was rather hard and challenging but pushed on beyond their limits. An easy way to get along

Bdjdjjdhdlksbksjdjd the way u want u may tell me neh nke a peaceful sleep the whole thinthing the day or two weeks after a call u later neh now ke zero tolerance and tell them to find the attached documents

I learnt more than I expected

It was a great place to start off and gain work experience. I had a great friendship bond with my colleagues and manager, we help each other out with difficult customers. The hours is to long and we work weekends also we get two days off a week and one weekend a month so I hardly saw my family because of the times I worked and when I am off my family is at work and when I'm at work (weekends and public holidays) then my family is home and we hardly spend time together. The most difficult aspects of the job was dealing with difficult customers and fighting for commission

Gain more experience

My main goal is learning how the business sell it's products, How many services does the business offer for each product and what would be the best strategy to sell product's.I can start working immediately.
