Excellent experience in reaching targets

Working at Vertex solutions has been nothing but a great ex, I have learnt to work under pressure, reaching targets and also engaging with my team members. I enjoyed working there but I feel that there were some unnecessary pressure at some point but then those are some of the weaknesses the company has and also the lunch and tea hours were unfair. perience

Opportunity for growth

Working at vertex can be fun and stressful at the same time. Its a target driven company which means you must work hard to reach your individual target. It requires patience, dedication, good communication skills and insight. I enjoy how competitive we are as agents, it helps with reaching our targets. The most challenging part is working with debtors of all backgrounds. Sometimes they become rude and you must remain professional as possible and try to resolve their query.

Its a very large company that consist of 200 people in each shift and I am a very hard working per son outstanding performer who takes pride with in my work

Epic learning curve

Excellent learning curve

It's a great company to start of as a call centre agent as full call centre training is provided. Though the only pickle with the company is that they is no growth what so ever, no bonus no benefit and no off days. Though if you want to gain great call centre experience it's a great company to start at.

Learning curve

It was always an active environment with active colleagues. We always learned something new everyday weither it's handling different obstacles while dealing with debtors, different ways of communicating, negotiating and problem solving. What I enjoyed most is getting to help people financially and guiding them on how to pay their debts. Difficult thing that I dealt with was broken payments where a debtor would agree to make payment in their account but fail to do so.

I got a collection experience there and i reached my short term target

I enjoy working as a debt collector because i learn a lot and i also help my family and friends on how to handle their debt and the enviroment is so awesome
