Excellent learning curve

I was once a debt collector in one of the top collection call centers, I become one of the top collectors and then I got promoted to become a team leader due to my level of work experience and giving out the best services to all our clients. One of the biggest challenges I ever faced was to reach a target of calling 80 people within 5hours, yet I will manage to get at least 70 and have 20 arrangements per day. I have learned to be patient, not to take things personal and also how to work as a team. I enjoyed reaching my target all the time because that made my life simple never signed any warning for performance. The relationship with the coworkers was one of the most best time of my life some we still communicate even though that they have left the company because we were more of a family rather than colleagues we worked together in order to deliver what was required of us to do at all time.

Opportunity for growth

Working at vertex can be fun and stressful at the same time. Its a target driven company which means you must work hard to reach your individual target. It requires patience, dedication, good communication skills and insight. I enjoy how competitive we are as agents, it helps with reaching our targets. The most challenging part is working with debtors of all backgrounds. Sometimes they become rude and you must remain professional as possible and try to resolve their query.

Excellent learnig curve

free spirited people and very supportive management team.very competetive enviroment always striving to reach daily and monthly target.although sonetimes we dont reach our NRP for the month but we learn alot.opportunities are always avalible

Good learning experience

Working for has been great meeting different people with different experiences. Working for vertex has been an experience working on campaigns i never worked before. Most challenging thing would be when we work on books that have rate of un contactability.

Call centre

This is my first job working towards targets and its a great challenge

Overall the company is good the people are wonderful to work with and it is a target driven place so the environment is always full of energy. The most challenging is reaching target and company target as well.

Pros: Not so much of a great place to grow.
Cons: We work every second saturday
