Terms of how to deal with customers and how to interact with different people ,.
My relationship with my co-workers was very great and I’m so thankful to have them around. I learnt a lot within the organization including how to interact with customers and different people . I really enjoyed to get to know the most of Gauteng province.The most challenging is to balance life and my work as we use to have long hours at work
Pros: I think I have good chance of getting a promotion

I would love to work hard and achive my goals
my company is a very big company cause I worked at the main switchboard which call are in and out. its very challenging because I meet lots of customers and some are difficult some are nice. but I'm learning a lot. and I'm doing receptionist and administration together. I work in a busy logistic company which you can rest cause I'm not answering call only. what I love about this job is because you gain more experience. I am learning a lot about a logistic chain. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and they understand the pressure of the work and they are helpful. typical workdays are on Mondays cause on weekend we not working you get a pill up of weekend job where you have to do admin and reception at the same time.

Excellent
It's been a nice company for a start, granted me with a valuable experience , it's a nice company that one could work for, flexible hours and all but at the end of the day we all want growth within the industry and be recognised when when done an outstanding job.And obviously money that is equivalent with what you are doing.

I like challenges and i also would like to grow with the company .
Since I stared to work at vector, I learned that a work is more like home because I spend more time at work and is good to learn how to spend more time with more different people and their different culture and is perfect because is where by I learnt how to speak he different languages . I even learned how to be friendly at work while I may have stress from home . that's why I became best she rep here at vector and that's why vector took me to supervisor's training . I enjoy reading and going to church on Sundays if I am off duty .

Perfect place for gaining experience
I Since I have started working in this company I have to admit I hv learned a lot in a very short place of time... it’s a great company for someone who wanna k warehouse experience

No oppotunities
I relate very well to the team itself, I have learnt different processes on SAP system including procedures and processes to be followed when dealing with customer's issues. I have acquired knowledge in different aspects of the business such as protocols in a production, reaching deadlines and objectives of the business.
Pros: no growth , I'm stagnate

Fantastic working experience
i do orders everyday , see that my work space is clean and tidy ,check and see if i have returns ,train any new personal,relieve in other stores where needed,check expire stock on shelf

I'm constantly maintaining an awareness of market trends in the retail industry.,and always ensuring that the highest standard of quality, customer service, health and safety are adhered so. Managing and motivating those who work with me to increase sales and ensure efficiencie. Being able to warmly greet customers and then quickly find out what their needs are. I consider myself to be a dedicated and dependable individual who possess excellent verbal communication and customer orientation skills.
