Excellent learning curve and growth
its good company to work for, with limited opportunity of growth in this area because its other offices are based at Westville Durban. My daily typical work is bit challenging but not something that i cannot stand for. And my relationship with colleagues is the best one because the good communication skill that i have. i learned to take decision without consulting, being in charge or in control. what i enjoy most is the part of being given a chance to practice my leadership skills. the most challenging part is utilizing vehicles efficiently by not sending a vehicle with a less load.
Pros: Giving employees a chance, taking us in with no experience.
Cons: Being available in late hours.

From a forklift driver to checker then grv cleck guess i have what it takes to grow more
am a people's person and hard worker who is willing to learn,if i look back to when i started at vector as a forklift driver to where am today an acting grv cleck i can say that am working with those guys helped me grow in the logistics department and i still have room in me for more if given a chance.challenging myself is something i like and i don't just give up

Growth with Logistics field
I am responsible for overseeing my planning if is efficient executed accordingly and keeping in touch with the depo's to follow up on a planning. The relationship with co workers is the best because of my good communication skills. I have learned that team work conquers everything and learned to work on my own. what i like most is to be on my own,reaching the target by myself. And the most challenging aspects is taking decisions where parties on that decision are not cooperating.

Highly challenging enviroment
As you can see, I have had extensive vacation work experience in warehouse departments, from Physical Picking, Checking (Inbound & Outbound),Receiving Clerk , Dispatch Clerk & shift Controlling thus giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. I believe I could fit easily into your team. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm.

I think I’m suitable for this position because I’m very handy, accurate, time keeping and have technical skills. I feel I will add value with my theory and practical skills to the company. I am a young adult, healthy and strong. I am prepared to perform any duty assigned to me to my level best. I am a hard worker who does not leave my task unfinished for the day. A self-motivated person with excellent communication skills and abilities, who seeks and enjoys responsibility, a problem solver, enjoys working with people, and interacts effectively on all business levels. I enjoy the stimulation and sense of achievement in being part of a team. I am honest, loyal, dedicated and an enthusiastic worker.

I Am a fast learner and a hard worker.
Vector gave me better life and light, Good thing about it it’s that it’s my first company. I never worked any other company. I've learnt a lot from warehouse duties to management duties. With vector I now have computer, SAP skills and managing skill and currently studying. I've been always working with good controllers who pushed me to the top, who guides me and motivate me. Am where I am because of their effort. They always having a faith on me, that’s why they never give up on building me. Since working in this company been promoted four times including the current post. I feel as good working under this big company, I enjoy as well being a youngster in this company and I enjoy invigilating each and every day. However, dealing with the rude driver it’s the biggest challenge for me about this job. Driver who don’t comply or corporate.
Pros: i always hoping to be a Transport controller/Stock Controller, Chances are still there for me to become the mentioned post. its time for me to explore with other companies.
Cons: i currently working normal hours 8 to 5 Monday to Friday

Excellent
What i can say on the previous job i learned so many things like .working as a team, make a job done early.communications. your not working alone there is coworkers u need to get help from them.flexibility we where using target system.Relationship it was good we were smiling every second if we are off we playing soccer together course there is a soccer term on that company. It was busy company so if we can't rich a targets. Upsentizm,loudshading,damage, shortage of stock in the truck,unbalance stock take.that are challenges that meet.
