I enjoy this kind of work because I save lives each and everyday. But I'm looking forward to doing something new for a change. I need something which will encourage me to go to work each and every day .i have a great relationship with my Co workers and it's so love working with them.I need a place of work where I'll b appreciated for what I do.

Termination of contract

Being a stock controller is to do daily counts,count stock accurate, check the stock is not damaged, or expired,assist with the short, investigate if not found on the bin, housekeeping is good, temperature, always communicate if found any fault or extra stock.always check the stock balance and no complaints.

Pros: Good warehouse practice
Cons: Overtime

Good stage of my career

Working at UPD has been great so far, i get along well with my co-workers and my managers as well. everyone here is so nice and helpful. Working here has taught me how to deal with different people from different levels of life, other people can be not so nice even if they need your help but they will still shout at you for no reason. that how dealing with clients is. Its so challenging when a client phones and tell you about their problem and you can't help them but they get mad at you and expect you to give solutions and answers.

Pros: great working environment
Cons: Not so much growth opportunities

My experience

I manage to learning's with different people and in different shift I have been able to work long hours and the challenge to reach target on time .there was a lot pressure to work very fast so that we can finish .it was great great experience. Now I know how to be a team player and I learn learn the importance of good communication technology form part of my work because I have to use computer all the time ,and also I manage to learn different language now I know all south African language except Africans. The one of the important thing is to keep a good working relationship with other employees so that we help each other if someone is having a challenge or is behind . I also find an opportunity to teach people who came after me how to do the job.

Pros: It was great opportunity to grow
Cons: Only getting 1 day off after working a lot of overtime

To grow and add to my knowledge and also apply what I have learnt from my previous and current organization. To change environments and just find out what more can other companies and/ or competitors offer in terms responsibilities , benefits and experience. Dfgghhhjjuiofgghhhhijjj
