UPD is a great company to learn new things. Management make sure your job is prioritized A lot of stakeholders to work with Acquired management skills such as managing cleaners, security,maintenance Good flexible working hours

Good stage of my career
Working at UPD has been great so far, i get along well with my co-workers and my managers as well. everyone here is so nice and helpful. Working here has taught me how to deal with different people from different levels of life, other people can be not so nice even if they need your help but they will still shout at you for no reason. that how dealing with clients is. Its so challenging when a client phones and tell you about their problem and you can't help them but they get mad at you and expect you to give solutions and answers.

It was a pretty good job it was challenging but manageable
My day used to start by six o'clock in the morning and ends by 5 o'clock my co-workers were pretty nice to me and making sure that everything is in order I have learnt a lot of things like how to work as a team and to work as an individual I enjoyed the most to be surrounded by my colleague and finding a solution for any challenges

Each day i learn something new
I am currently on a probation contract.I love my daily task my co-workers are way too unfriendly.It's not a joyous environment to work in if no one communicates with one another.I can barely wait until lunch or tea time-just to get out of the office.I have learned a lot thusfar.I now know how to send off invoices,scan and email documents,working with couriers,filling of invoices etc.

Great Learning curve.
A very stress full department, as we deal with different Principles. All will want results at the same time. I have learnt to plan my work daily. Very pleasant department, we do take time to joke a little when not that busy. To clear the unallocated cash when I came back was the most challenging, as management was looking for results. I manage to bring it down.

Fast learner team player fast in doing things
Im working at a pharmacuticall industry where you have to be fast and be a team player especially when it comes to stock takes, we do face challanges sometimes when you have to send stock to a pharmacy and at that a supply call for a batch recall and we must trace the stock customer by customer on which they have received before medication is given to patient , its quete a challenging industry but fun to work in

Good learning curve
Upd is part of the clicks gourp and no place for growth as you are only a number. They need to focus on stock supplying to clients and make sure there is stock for pharmacies

Excellent experience
In a pharmaceutical audit are every other month and that has thought me to up my game in safety. I have learn a lot in the safety field and i am an easy person to have relationship with people. My challenge is this field is human behave, people who don't want change in their way of going things. the other challenge who be managers who don't view health and safety as priority

UPD has a lot of opportunities for all levels of employment. Management needs more training to efficiently assist all staff Staff are provided with training every year to assist with growth
