I work as an office clerk and it is very challenging and i love them because they help me grow independently and mentally as my mind always work twice as hard to get my job done on a daily basis My colleagues are great as we are always encouraged to work as a team I have learned that working hard pays off at the end you just to push yourself everyday to achieve what you want I enjoy my job very much but I also want to learn more and upgrade myself on new ventures that i can get on a new environment A challenge is what i strive for as it give me strength to do better in what i have to do and i can work on a deadline and give it my all

• Receiving stock • Stock checking • Credit passing , filling • Customer Relations Management (CRM) and problem solving we work together as a stakeholder with a good relationship. i have learn how to handle internal customer's and problems to be solved in time.

More experience
Long hours, no prospect of growth and no fixed hours, shift work continuously. The communication between call centre and warehouse is not effective enough to cancel out incorrect orders

Excelent learning curve
A very pressured company, as we distribute for other companies. You need to give feedback on all different Clients, at different dates. My relationship with my co-workers are professional. I have learnt that you have to be diverse in the work place, and respect each other. We have a fun department. I enjoy Rona each year when the company makes a profit. challenging is deadlines.

It was a learning curve ant I gained a lot of experience with that company
It was a learning curve for me,ant I gained a lot of experience and did alot of training.I appreciate all efforts we put in.worked in teams and we all got well with each under the workload cause it was always busy.I enjoyed doing what I love and the support we gave each other. Delivery's came with their problems but dealt with them efficiently.

My experience
I manage to learning's with different people and in different shift I have been able to work long hours and the challenge to reach target on time .there was a lot pressure to work very fast so that we can finish .it was great great experience. Now I know how to be a team player and I learn learn the importance of good communication technology form part of my work because I have to use computer all the time ,and also I manage to learn different language now I know all south African language except Africans. The one of the important thing is to keep a good working relationship with other employees so that we help each other if someone is having a challenge or is behind . I also find an opportunity to teach people who came after me how to do the job.

Great Learning curve.
A very stress full department, as we deal with different Principles. All will want results at the same time. I have learnt to plan my work daily. Very pleasant department, we do take time to joke a little when not that busy. To clear the unallocated cash when I came back was the most challenging, as management was looking for results. I manage to bring it down.

Acquired additional training slills
The company equipted me with enhancing my skills and learning new methods and lo.gistics from order placed to final product. With the high pressure and level of accuracy needed aided in enhancing necessary skills needed to successfully execute daily functions
