Working at the company is the most challenging thing to do because we have to help students who don't understand their chemistry practicals to understand. The students at the company are many and they both need my attention.,the company

Learning Curve
I am 28 year old male with a lot of passion for work. I currently as a laboratory research assistant for a project on water treatment. My daily schedule involve a lot minimal contact with people but mostly conversation with co-workers are kept strictly at professional level. I like working in the laboratory, whether it be synthesis or running instruments. I like challenging myself to explore more about everyday challenges which affect people in industries and thinking about possible solutions and also exploring new avenue for scientific exploration.

Excelent
I love working with people and I am a very hard worker. I served as a class representative in 2016 and 2017, this reflected that I can manage to build a relationship between students and lecturers, listening to everyone concern, ability to multitask and be good in decision making. I served as a teaching assistant in 2018 and I am currently serving as a student assistant at School of Agriculture. I volunteered to worked with farmers at Ga-Molepo (Ga-Thaba), Ga-Chuene and Bela-Bela for Farmer School Projects in 2017 and January 2018, leading them by teaching them how to maintain and take care of their produce, this indicates that I am a hard worker. I’m confident that I would be a superstar in this position.

Excellent learning environment
Excellent working environment.. t An opportunity to learn leadership skill I enjoy emparting knowledge and skills to my subordinates . An opportunity to increase in skills. I am able to adapt to different conditions in a work place.

Good
Working for UL if is worse thing that coud ever happen to someone. Yyou enter into a survival mode. However life is not for the weeak. The work days are on avarage relaxing and some are are exhaustive. The social sector is just not working in that place not at all... with typing here

Excellent learning curve
ss and give reports outcomes and goals to be achieved on that particular day. Everyone of my co-workers is like a family member. i have learnt how to work together As a team and gained more experience and time management and decision making. I enjoyed facilitating students and getting to know them better and watch them excel. The most challenging aspect would be none because i love everything a bout it and it is not a challenge to me doing what love doing the most.

Analytical and problems solving
Analyze and solve problems, teamwork and independent. How to deal and service customers. Work environment and the regulations. Troubleshooting the unexpected systems problems. People management skills.
