. To whom it may concern Upon reading the job advert you have posted, I am certain I would be a perfect fit for the position at hand. I am extremely computer efficient, and make an excellent assistant /office administrator /support for all who are in need of it in the office when necessary. I possess very good listening skills, am not afraid to ask questions, and am extremely straightforward, acting as a key problem solver when issues may arise. I am very skilled, possess excellent reasoning skills, and give 100% attention to detail. I have extensive experience in the role of executive assistant and administrative assistant, as detailed in my resume attached. I am looking for a position such as the one listed here because it involves assisting and organizing for an executive, which truly is my forte. Out of all positions I have held over the years, my role as Personal Assistant to the Professor of University of Johannesburg, Science faculty was truly my favorite, and I held this role for four years.

Excellent learning curve
I enjoy working on this environment because i am not being micro managed. I function well in an environment where i am given opportunity to do a work on my own. My good interpersonal skills makes it easy for me to work with my colleagues. I have realized that each of my colleagues has that unique contribution towards my work. Each work environment has its politics but i do not allow politics to disturb me to carry my duties. I actually uses then to my benefit to perform better. The good thing about my work environment is that there is no jealousy. Everyone focuses on their own goals and their work. we complement each other and always encourage each other. The other good thing about this work is i can do most of my tasks at home. The challenging aspect is that you have to plan very well ahead. No one is there to micromanage you. You have to have good time management skills

Excellent Working environment
Good day I have worked as a student assistant at the University of Johannesburg and I have national diploma in logistics. I was responsible for different task such as assisting students with invoices, recruitment and other administration work. I really enjoyed working there as I learnt basic skills about how a working environment operate. I learnt how to respond to email and I also learn how to answer calls. Most importantly I learnt how to work with people , I had to work with students, co-workers such as coordinators, lecturer, and line managers and I have learn a lot from them and I can say I am ready for any work that is related to what I have studied.
Pros: Great opportunity to get basic Experience
Cons: Each student get a chance to work for one year

Reflections on Learning
Being a tutor was an amazing experience. I got to learn how to communicate effectively on different mediums of communication and solve crital issues with students. The working relationship amongst my colleagues was very useful and much supportive. I learnt not assume things but always seek clarity by asking relevant questions. The joy of performing this job was to see students doing well and understanding what was required of them. Challenges observed was having to deal with sensitive personal matters of students who showed reduced commitment to their school work. Day to day operations were uniquely structured and we all knew what was expected of us.

Job Description
My day to day work is to do job cards, book/records maintenance issues, manage cleaners and residence management by monitoring students to promote a healthy culture in the residences. Order office equipment, cleaning materials using ITS. Working with different students of different cultures taught me to learn different kinds of attitude and have an insight by not judging people.

Excellent for a start
It is a good learning curve for graduates because you work flexible hours. having to deal with student inquires and responding to emails and telephones. redirecting calls to the relevant people within the department.

Life changing opportunity
I rally loved my job, it gave me chance to interact with different stakeholder within the organisation including the external stakeholders. The most challenging issue is the expectation people have towards administrators.

Excellent learning experience
In my previous position in which I was a volunteer assistant clerk at Braamfischer Primary School, my role involved balancing many responsibilities, including maintaining inventory levels and providing office and staff management assistance. I was required to prioritize tasks and assist in ensuring that operations are running efficiently and effectively
