LEARNING CURVE , TEAMWORK EXPERIENCE. MOTIVATION WHILE WORKING UNDERPRESSURE

A typical work day for me its going in and answering telephones communication is essential when working people , teamwork needs an exchange of ideas thoughts and motivation. i have learnt attributes which build me and can build those around me for effective and efficient work. i enjoy communicating on the phone whether it be a furious or concerned client the calm and timid effect i create that the total ambiance is positive brings joy. i also enjoy challenges because i learn and discover new things about myself . different people from different backgrounds with different personalities joined together for a specific goal , misunderstandings and miscommunication occurs a lot but it is also a good challenge to strengthen you humility, meekness, tolerance and dedication.

Great opportunity to grow

It's quite challenging because one deals with lots and lots of pressure to maintain the demands of the students,one needs to calm down in order to archive his or her goals

Excellent

I really enjoyed working at unisa because I was my first experience as a picker and packer, we where working as a group and I also enjoyed that because when we work as a group we share different ideas with our co-workers, the most challenging thing I come across was to pick 35 parcel per hour it was difficult at the beginning but I learned within a week to to pick 35 parcel per hour. I'm glad that I worked there because now I have experienced, thanks.

Maintaining good Customer care

Helping students with Registration and Finances , Receiving Faxes and answering Calls switch board operator, Registering students on line face to face inter-action Dispatching study material I have learn that working very well with others it makes big job simple challenges to be expected to perform job without relevant resources and support I enjoyed Customer care within the employees

GOOD PERSONALITY

I have ability to work under pressure, i enjoy both individual and team work, i used to be a top collector, then got promoted to inbound customer service. I believe that i am a perfect candidate for this position

Excellent learning curve

I work well with colleagues. I enjoy interacting with students as it my daily duty to assist them. I take challenges positively and learn from them.

Despatch , Warehousing environment.

The working hours is 7:45-16:00 . It is a University institution (Unisa) , iam assigned at The SMPD directorate with the Despatch Dept .The number of employees they range from 20-60 on a permanent basis. And on contract depending on the seasonal change the whole staff can start from 20-200 it depends if the registration is Open. Team player is one of the warehouse main objective. You must always be willing to work an extra mile given the fact that there is a great possibility of Overtime and long hours. Personal health and fitness is off great importance within the warehousing environment.

Pros: There is growth in terms of positions.
Cons: Long working hours and congestion environment.

Good

working environment is great, the culture of the company is excellent. The most challenging aspect is to deal with angry students during the strikes. I HAVE AN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COWORKERS AND MY SUPERIORS. I have learnt how to deal with different cultures.

Excellent career development and facing with a new challenges.

I had a good relationship with my co workers and my supervisors. I learn how to deal with a huge clients in this case is a students both national and international. I enjoy most to achieve my target, sharing new ideas and meeting the deadline in our department. The most challenging in my job is to meet the deadline of issuing results and to make sure that all aspects are covered like scripts are marked and moderated.

Good skills

I have to be patient with people and have a better understanding on how to work with people. Working independently .I enjoy the working at UNISA because is the biggest University in South Africa in that case I will be the best candidate for this job
