I learnt how to social and built rapport

My typical day at work entailed doing follow ups with the previous days work, getting back to the customers I promised to contact back, we usually had a morning brief before we started we for updates, after the morning briefs, we had team briefing for our supervisor update us our performance as a team and individual performance, this helped me a lot in learning how to exercise my team spirit. I enjoyed working at the contact center because I got to interact with people from walks of life, I also learnt about different cultures and how to empathize with different individuals.

Very dedicated, good learning skills, motivated, worked for 10years at one company not a job jumper, like to ensure Safety of people is in place and complied to , always willing to work the extra mile for my employer

Pros: Quick learner and always willing to walk the extra mile.
Cons: I am not a time watcher, if there is work to be done it is my first priority to complete my daily tasks and jobs on time if not faster.
