Excellent Learning Curve

Distell is a good Company to work for.On any particular day started off in reading the Occurrence Book, drawing up the Management Report .If any incidents were reported they were investigated and feed back given back to Management. I had an excellent relationship with my co -workers I enjoyed the investigation part of the job . Intiating Disciplianry Procedures against staff memebrs

Excellent place to work

Good place to work. The management was very . It was great to work with people from different countries. The country was every hard to work in as you as a person had no rights. Got to meet people from around the world. I enjoyed going to Makkah and madina. The biggest problem I had was the language barrier.

Which bone

The tester tests for bugs in the application, assign it to the developer. Depending on defects (front end or back end) The first thing I do is see what task I have for the day. How long will It take me to complete. Tell the manager what I will be doing.

It was an excellent learning curve and great opportunity to learn about team work

Typical work day would be to attend to employee queries such as salary matters and leave days, Submissions of leave forms and executive signatures. If there is bulk recruitment, I would assist in the facilitation process. There was always team work when it came most of the activities to facilitate the learning process.

Hard labour but great achievements

A typical Day would be: Servicing the Batteries and also trying to find great new ideas to work with, since the Fourth industrial world has tap in South Africa. With this, it ehances the team work in the office as well as gives the co-workers to be able to present with great intergrity. I have learnt that working in a industry that changes within almost every second, one has to be upbreast with what is currently happening in the world. And it also gives an opportunity to be working with different people, which I enjoy doing the more, hwoever with the day to day challenges of dealing to diffucult clients does, does need a person who has got a strong personality so they are able to negotitate and also be able to listen to the clients needs.

Goal Driven

An I worked for a company called Conco Energy SolutionsThey specialized in overhead HT power lines as well as green energy solutions. I worked a a contractor on a PV Solar project the first in Swaziland. I am proud to say that we completed the project in time even with the Covid that hit us in the first 3 months of the project.

Pros: I am a goal driven person
Cons: I dont mind to work long hours every day. This all depends on your planning and manpower placing

Doing daily work sheets,fabrication of brackets platforms and frames . Supervised people working under my work permit . Like working under pressure always make dead lines on time

Good work athics

Stress full environment. Production first priority. Good team work and task co-ordination. Enjoy the practicality work and trouble shooting. Long working hours and requires physical strength. Always a room for improvement with regards to tasks. Learn new things each day.

I learnt how to social and built rapport

My typical day at work entailed doing follow ups with the previous days work, getting back to the customers I promised to contact back, we usually had a morning brief before we started we for updates, after the morning briefs, we had team briefing for our supervisor update us our performance as a team and individual performance, this helped me a lot in learning how to exercise my team spirit. I enjoyed working at the contact center because I got to interact with people from walks of life, I also learnt about different cultures and how to empathize with different individuals.
