Very good in fabrication
we work with a water , we put new pipes, weld flanges, put new valves, meters, spool piece, fabricate T piece and bends, we repair pipes. we fabricate screens for waste water. ive enjoy if I got a lot of fabrication and laying the pipe also doing welding

Growth in confidence in my work
I work independently. Typical day would be scanning the regulatory universe for new and amended legislation which impact on the organisation. Compiling risk management plans. Drafting and vetting contracts. I enjoy learning about the different departments, one week I will be deep in SCM issues and the next week in operational. It keeps the work interesting. The most challenging aspect of the job is not having a support structure. etting contracts. Responsibilities & duties
Perform a variety of skilled and semiskilled tasks pertaining to the installation, maintenance, repairs And service of the electrical and mechanical equipment, used within the water systems and recycling plant And pumps station; and provide technical staff support to plant operations.

As soon as COVID-19 was getting serious, our company was one of the first companies to implement a mandatory work-from-home policy. Our healthy and safety came first, and I felt so lucky our company had the opportunity to make that decision. I feel valued, heard, and my work means something when I am at Indeed. . Great healthcare plan... and our holiday parties are OUTSTANDING. Every year the company gives everyone a really nice gift for the holidays. I really could go on for a long time. Great Communicator
I am highly motivated, enthusiastic young man, trustworthy and a hardworking person since I am dealing with routine work (analyzing samples). I believe that two is better than one thus I am able to work with a group and independently. I am able to work under pressure because that makes me to be motivated, meeting new challenges is what I live for and I strive to deliver my best performance to all new challenges and produce good results at the end.

Developed 25 new Human Resources for the organisation from 1998 to 2010.
Support function like Human Resources Ma at Umgeni Water works normal eight hours a per. The company provides great opportunities for growth through learning and development. Mangers are given opportunities to be in charge of their departments but have to be accountable at the end. I appreciate the way the organisation allows opportunities for young people to grow.
Pros: More opportunities of development through Leading and Development programmes of the company.
Cons: Very few staff from support functions who are supporting 1300 technical staff.

It has been great working with employees
5 days per week it is the good relationship I leant a lot from umgeni water such as communicating with other people, having a good relationship with other people, time management I learnt to able to work with other people in order to meet the objectives is the development I got from the company is to work under preassure in order to meet the deadline.

Pride myself in being a great leader
I have over 13years experience as a senior manager having worked in different industries and succeeded in all. As a senior brand and marketing manager my job is to promote the brand internally and externally. That requires me to effectively manage relations with 1300 staff members and nine municipalities who are organizational customers. Through my work, I have effectively learnt to engage different stakeholders and communities.
