Learning curve
Service is what I like most about my job, because nothing gives a great pleasure like know that the client is happy and its because of the service you gave them. I have a very good relationship with the team, we work as a team to make sure the work is done.Always calm when working under pressure so that I don't panic.

Excellent learning curve
I have a great working relationship with my colleagues. Enjoy interacting with customers and helping them with their finances. Ubank is a company that uplifts the community and takes care of its employees. The most challenging aspect is that it is too far from where I live and I got home very late.

Ubank is the best place to work for the co-workers are great and I learned a lot being part of the team. Team is great to work with and they tought me everything that is important in the audit and finance field

Excellent learning curve
I always look forward to servicing our Customers as they are the most wonderful customers ever. We have a diversity of customers & both young & old. I have learned to even work with different people from different backgrounds & we all sharevents information & help each other shine. There are also opportunities of growth in ubank but the hours are so long & there I am only left with limited time for family.

Working at Ubank is most enjoyable because we worked as a team helping each other and sharing ideas on how to increase the sales perfomance of the company as it deals with selling products and it is having competitors.I had good relationshio witb co- onwners and collegues because i am that kind of person who is easly to adapt,adhere policies and procedures, complyng and respecting the values of the company.I have learnt a lot for instance delivering a very excellent service towards clients,working underpressure and delivering good results.

Excellent learning curve
I work with various reports and with a number of stakeholders. The work environment is great, its like my second family. I've learned to be more assertive and always be open to constructive criticism. I enjoy working with various people with different backgrounds because then I can learn alot both professionally and personally. I do alot of analytics and getting people to own up to their mistakes is a problem, most people don't want to take accountability. Overall Ubank is a great company only if management can start appreciating and increasing staff morale.
