Great company to work for more as Sales and Services Consultant, we get to meet and interact with different people from different countries with different backgrounds and yet had to treat them equally and provide best service that can satisfy different classes.
Pros: Their clients are the best

Keeping clients satisfied
I was working at ubank but not anymore, nevertheless, the experience has really helped me as a working individual. There is nothing so precious like giving a service to clients and to walk away excited from the service you rendered. The importance of all this, is to pay attention to anticipate clients needs. Colleagues were friendly and was easy to build a relationship with them. To have a healthy working environment it is important to pay attention to communication and be enthused towards your co-workers. Although sometimes it can be frustrating to deal with moody and negative people from day to day basis, I have learnt to understand the gesture given and ignore the bad detail.
Pros: Making targets and mostly exceeding them can lead to promotion. Thats my goal.

To approach problems in a highly analytical manner
The most challenging thing at work is when you get a very difficult customer and you do not have an immediate answers for the client and you have to calm the client down , explain to the client there is someone who deals with the matter at hand the process of the matter. I have also learned to treat my colleagues as my family as i see them most of my days which has made work so pleasant .I have learned to be calm at situations, to be a team player, to enjoy my job and always think on my feet
Pros: there are opportunity for grow but its not so much as the company is not that big
Cons: one can work for more than 11 hours a day

Great opportunity for learning and I have enjoyed my time in the company
Great opportunity for learning and I have enjoyed my time in the company, I have created a solid relationship with my colleagues and what I have learned is the culture of respect, I enjoyed having the opportunity to come up with ideas to do my job and given the platform to do so, the most challenging thing was to get people to understand the role of the financial management department and to adhere to the policies and procedures but eventually everything went smoothly.

I have thus far been satisfied with my progress and growth. I consider myself to be loyal, honest and a trustworthy employee and place a high output on my work. I have good organization skills and work well under pressure. I am a team player with the ability to communicate verbally at all levels, with the main objective being customer care & service. I have a real talent for dealing with people and am always eager and willing to learn. Taking initiative when faced with different challenges is one of my strong character traits. I want to assure you of my definite interest in a position and should my application be successful I will serve the company with utmost dedication.

It was okay, no complain. There was a lot of new learning
We use to work 8 hours per day. My relationship with the core workers was excellent, if there was any problem we use to discuss it and solve it and move on. I have learnt to work in teams and group work , i have also learnt to draft processes and procedures of different department. Some of the project were urgent and i had to stop what I was busy with and do what is urgent first.
Pros: I study the problem first and analyze it before I take decision

I'm a seasoned professional and a great asset to any forward thinkin organisation
My day consists of amongst others Media monitoring; Report writing; Media releases; Staff management, Administration/Financial Management, etc. I have a collaborative relationship with co-workers I have learned more about retail banking and brand management on a tight budget I enjoy mostly creative work, interacting with stakeholders and media The most challenging aspect of my job is working with a budget with an ever shrinking budget
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion, acquiring new skills, applying & testing skilll in new environment and financial reward
Cons: Flat structure, no opportunity for upward mobility of greater financial reward

Excellent learning curve
Great company to work for. Potential growth is there if u are willing to take the stand. Wish executives could engage with front line worker and ask what their needs are and thoughts.

There is a room for growth
I work in an environment that is friendly and allows me to give my opinions/thoughts. Since I was a macroeconomic analyst intern before where I am right now I learned how to program with SAS and I had already had analytic skills that I incurred from my previous job. The challenge about the job is at the end of the month when we do reporting and have to assist other departments too though it is not acpeoblem. I enjoy the atmosphere and how helpful other employees are.

Cons: After graduate program, nothing is guaranteed

Always Learning something new and growing as a professional
Great working environment, cannot fault the organisation of processes they have in place and that promotes the culture of the company feeling like "home".
