Excellent learning curve

 I am a very enthusiastic, well-organized and self-motivated person.  I am a professional and work very well with other people.  I have been exposed to extreme work pressure and can cope from any form of challenges in a workplace.  For unwinding, I enjoy reading a book while listening to music  I enjoy traveling.

It's a fast pace environment however family oriented

Flexible environment but high competitive industry. My company ensures that employees are taken care of which will result in great customer service and production. I enjoy seeing people develop in their area of expertise. I also enjoy understanding the business and coming up with HR strategies that will assist the business this to me ensures that we are not a supporting department but rather business partners. What is challenging for me is when line do not lead by example.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion and also flexible working hours
Cons: In small units promotion is minimal, one has to relocate and it's not always easy to find job for your spouse
