Good and challenging

I start by say at first I didn't like my job especially working with different religions ,it's was hard sometimes but now I enjoyed working with different religions and it's makes it easy for me to find out more about them .since I joined the company I learnt alot of communication skills and now I'm able to say every customer I meet we became best friend and my co-workers as well we such a big family and we respect every customer that's visiting us .the most challenging part of my job is to multitask every time and now I can do it with no stress.

Cons: Yes sometimes you work long hours and be paid peanut

Excellent company ethnic

working at this kind of company exposed me to the reality of service excellent and to be driven to reach guest service satisfaction. even though satisfying all the guest is quite impossible working as a team has taught deliver service at my best ability and making sure i bring my A game every day. i have learnt such important skills while working in this company, the problem solving skill, team work skill, great communication skills. due to the fact that i am a person who likes developing myself i went back to university to develope my self in the industry of service as well as the education aspect of it. i am looking forward to jhearing from new because that will give me an opportunity to apply all that i have acquired and rwesearched about.

Im a long life learner

Im currently working for Tsogo Sun Hotel( Garden Court Umhlanga hotel). My position is a receptionist clerk, I deal with checking in guest, checking out guest, answering calls, making reservations, reconciling reports, handling cash, credit reports, hotel payments and guest attending to complains. I also have teaching experiencing since im studying education, i did teaching as part of my in service. I was teaching hospitality management at Swinton college.
