Its a very good company that aims at helping the student gain more experience in many different fields. They also understand and give students some time to focus on their studies prior to exams or semester test

Great learning experience
It's educational and great opportunity to help others and learn through out the whole time.time consuming but it was worth it ,if you're lucky you get the support from lectures and which helps you stay in track with the students and work

Attending to scheduled sessions to assist student understand the fundamental and Technical ways to apply practical accounting methods and cost and estimating. Giving students a one on one session to assist them individually on different topics that aren't clear fro them.

Excellent learning and training curve
Tshwane University of Technology is the Excellent company in terms of their training and theory path, I have learnt so greatly of what am I suppose to due when I am in the working industry more especially contact center industry as it is my career path.The relationship between coworkers is greatly close. And I enjoy most when it comes to surveys, rating our trainees.The most challenging path is when we doing outbound calls to customers. It is the great organization for career path training.
Pros: Gaining work experience and and an advantage for getting opportunities to be employed by other companies

Good improvement on time management
Core functions: · To serve the role as receptionists; · Meeting and greeting clients; · Provide information to external and internal stakeholders; · Screen phone calls; · Sort and distribute post; · Assist with admin-related duties that they may be assigned to.

Keen in learning programming
I work good during the day ,I respect people . I 've learned lot of things e.g.how to accomplish my work under pressure. I've learned that when you want to archive a goal you have to work extra hard and have positive competition with those who are doing better than yourself. I have challenge when I have to do more than one job e.g. working while studying

Good computer skills, and time management skills
To work at Tshwane University Of Technology as i was doing the on-campus training, it was challenging and i leant how to work under presure, and how to submit the project on time. My co-workers were friendly and we were working together as a team in order to complete the task, and i have leant that if we work as a team, we can complete the task successfully and effectively. I also enjoyed when it comes to the coding that because i like the code a lot. The coding it challenging because sometimes it shows lot of errors, especially when using PHP MVC language.
Pros: Getting more skills, and be ready for the presure in the industries
Cons: Long working hours even on Fridays

GOOD LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
TUT IS THE GREATEST PLACE OF WORK WHERE YOU WORK WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF PEOPLE AND TEACH PEOPLE HOW TO WORK IN THE OUTSIDE WORLD. AND WITH WORLD VISION HAS TAUGHT PEOPLE HOW TO WORK WITH THE PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE.

Excellent learning curve
It was a good opportunity to work with amazing and skilled people and helped me to develop both my work and personal ethics, the organisation culture it is well aligned with people's needs and the is excellent leadership qualities with a vast amount of experience.
