It's a typical day in a call center, speaking most of the day.
I. It's Fine to work there, besides the talking 2hole day. Theredo don't have any reviews realists not really easy to move up but I Didn't try yet so I Also would not know. I haven't been working there very long but there's a lot of people that are there for years and are still at the same place. So that says enough

Good communication skills
Target driven industry. We worked as a team. And we had a good relationship. I Learned how to handle angry customers. I enjoyed working as a team. The most challenging thing. Was to help old people who wants to open an account.

Okay
It's not a bad company to work for but for the amount of work that I do they can pay the employees more money. Too much unfairness when it comes to certain employees and not everyone get promoted when they need to be. It's like you only good enough when they need you for something. Only certain employees would grow in the business. So I'm looking for something better for myself to grow as a person

Excellent learning curve
Working at truworth was a great experience,It was very challenging but i have learn a lot from them, the management were very good and understanding people and they were very helping and encouraging they alway show you were you went wrong and correct you and even if you did well they motive you, to me it was like my new home because we always work as a team we became as one person, it was fun and I really appreciate the training they gave me to develop the skill, knowledge and experience that I have rigth know.

Excellent learning curve
Worked with 4 different systems We had targets to meet every week relationship with Co workers was great as we worked in teams . I have learned so many things as we worked with different kinds of clients I have leaned to adjust with my environment and how to treat different kinds of people. I have enjoyed my working environment with the flexible hours we worked and my manager was a great person to go to when ever you having difficulty and the people I worked with were willing to help out. The most difficult part of the job was not being able to grow as a person

Great learning experience
The learning experience at truworths was a great opportunity for me to learn about the roles of a service desk agent and how it operates. The working environment was well structured .

I really enjoyed working for truworths, it was a great environment to work into
It was veey nice working for truworths Head Office, i had a very understanding and great manager, he was so great. I really enjoyed working fir truworths but i had to resign due to personal reasons.. Never had any problem with them before

Good work experience
It has been 9 and a half years of hard work and determination. The past year and a half has been challenging. I am being demotivated by a supervisor who has never managed staff before.
Pros: Great environment
Cons: Supervisor with little or no people skills. Minimum income. Monotonous work. Unethical business practices.
