Deliver all day and collection.... We load truck. For deliveries offload to customers we also collect from other companies load and offload at derpo at night

I was the dispatch supervisor at might I have to load and of all the inbound and outbound line hauls and must make sure the trucks leave on time the depot's aso let the driver arrived in time at the ander depot's I load 3till 4 truck out and received the Sam a Mount inbound then I have to offload all the cargo check the cargo and scanned and loaded it on the fleet truck for delivering the next day and do all my reports e-mail and handovers tracking the line hauls on the tracking and check the the staff do the housekeeping on the cameras I have starting working form 17h00 till 6h and from my side to say if your enjoying your work no one can Stan in your ways

From admin clerk to admin supervisor in nine years
Im an admin supervisor working for transport company have been employed at the current company for nine years Started as an admin clerk and in two years i was promoted to be a supervisor. Daily duties are as follows: HR duties keeping staff files and prepare them for ir and whenever they are needed. handling recruitment and initiating promotions and doing exit intetviews including staff termination processes on the database,adding new employees. Handling creditors and debtors accounts Peocurement and administering petty cash.

Excellent,good
A very good environment ,excellent communication,learnt a lot about engineering and tendering .A good space for someone that’s likes working with different kinds of people and going around different meeting in different places and regions.Being able to understand the value of tendering and how it’s done.
Pros: Great opportunity and growth ,with existing customers that have been there for many years.
Cons: Normal working hours and sometimes overtime working hours that comes now and then .

Leaened to work with different people cultures and different characters
Working with a team of four ladies ,supervising them on a saily basis but each of us has different tasks although we can also switch tasks to replace when anyone of us is absent we work well together as a small family sharing ideas n work load...always making sure that we treat people with respect irrigardless of their positions and staying loyal.
