From admin clerk to admin supervisor in nine years
Im an admin supervisor working for transport company have been employed at the current company for nine years Started as an admin clerk and in two years i was promoted to be a supervisor. Daily duties are as follows: HR duties keeping staff files and prepare them for ir and whenever they are needed. handling recruitment and initiating promotions and doing exit intetviews including staff termination processes on the database,adding new employees. Handling creditors and debtors accounts Peocurement and administering petty cash.

Excellent learning curve
What I enjoy mostly by working at hollard its the environment such loving and friendly people around, you actually feel at home. people are always smiling. ive learnt how to deal with pressure of reaching target and communication skills with clients. the nice thing about the job you get to understand the different types of individuals and how to deal with different situations and handling objections.

Operations Pressure
I give my everything or my all on everything I do, I love the Operations adrineline as it's like it feels me, I like the energy when the team pulls together to solve a problem or give the customer the service it deserves. I love the smiles in the office, the happiness and the knowledge of the work each individual has to produce in the required hours.
Pros: With my hardwork and eager to learn in any espect of the business, it is impossible for me not to grow
Cons: I work till everything falls into it place, otherwise I dont go home. It's a shame that my family knows me well.
