Very good company to work for

Meetings every with my crew regarding previous days performance Getting on well with my crew because I am honest with them and very frank If you show them honesty and trust is what you will get from them What I enjoy the most is being commended for job well done The challenges though is when you at times do not get the support you expect from the technical side.Machinery breakdown taking long to be attended to

Pros: Employees well looked after
Cons: Very little time off.Works 2 weekends and time off on the third one

I am a qualified Mechanical Fitter with Mechanical Engineering N 2,3 & 4 with Hydraulics & Pneumatics also with Root Failure Analysis as well with the other small trainings like Welding e.t.c

Excellent Learning Curve

Its been well organization that's far that looks after its employees and very strict when it comes to safety and environment, Employee wellness is also priority with quiet a few wellness per year and they are indeed very help full to employees. Development opportunities

am an analytic, self motivated and enthusiastic person driven by positive results. I am interested in maintenance managent,understanding how machinery works,upskilling myself in the Engineering field. I also hold certification in Millwright (trade tested), Electrical (trade tested) , Compressor Operation, Maintenance and Design , Medium Voltage Switching amongst others relating to the trade. For fun, I go out to with friends, meet new people to creat a strong network .

Looking for work I'm willing to travel I am a qualified Mechanical Fitter from 3years apprenticeship with Chevron Oil&Has Refinery,Northlink College (Wingfield Campus) and CHIETA.Im a Gearbox specialist and I work with hydraulics & Pneumatics as well.I am willing to travel but it has to be a permanent position.
