Good Growth Opportunity

Good Company to work for. Have a healthy working relationship with co-workers and team. Exposure to manage a project of R100mil independently. Enjoyed the independence and exposure afforded to grow. The challenge of a highly unionised environment but I handled the relationship with labour very well. I will work for the company again.

Excellent learning curve however there seem to be no succession plans

Lack of succession plan, excellent learning curve, I've grown so much but feel I'm stuck in the same position for such a long time, I will have to take responsibility for some of this however I believe the company doesn't believe in internal staff or grooming of available human development.

Pros: interesting industry of imports and exports
Cons: No room to grow, no succession plans

Strategic decision making by formulating annual business plans which lead up to tangible targets

nTrTransnet is a great company to work for however you have no delegation of authority to even appoin5 a general worker. All powers are centralized at a HQ base who are not part of the day to day operations. Their culture is is conservative which is not a healthy working environment anssnet is a
