Great experience, with different personalities
Good company to work for. Filled with different personalities and different cultures. I enjoyed my time being at Tracker with great memories to cherish and bad experiencse to learn from.

Learned to be fussy about contracts
It was a good company for work for. Positive employee culture. I just had a bad experience with regards to my contract terms which changed after I got the job.

Learning curve
How tracking oparets and full understanding of the tracking devices Working with fleet clients and assisting with vehicle tracking and positiong via tracking repairs

Hard and solo worker.work alone
Work in a highly pressured and quality orriantated field which the finall opporation of product depends on me as the installer tech, for data keeping perpose and recovery of the installed vehcile.perform well under pressure. Always deal with new unexpected challanges.
Pros: growth is possible but at a limit
Cons: my longest hours was 16 hrs straight

Excellent environment
I work as installation technician I work from 8 to 17:00 monday to friday and two saturdays a month. I install specialised fleet management system and dvr into small and commercial vehicles.
Pros: Working conditions and working as a team
Cons: 2 weekend a month

my typical work day is very hectic from the time I come in till the time I leave. I love the people I work with I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. how to work under pressure and that you can do anything if your mind to it. dealing with the customers and sorting out there queries. is not having the proper systems that is the most challenging and the right leadership.
Pros: making new friends, we are like a family
Cons: 7-4 but the work load is a very high

I have been in the tracking industry for almost 5years now and know how to handle pressure and irate clients in a professional manner.. I'm Timeous and fast learner too.. ....

Learning Curve
Tracker has provided me with many opportunities to see life in a positive light through the people I work with. Skills have been developed and knowledge has grown. The most challenging aspects of my job is the processes and the abilty to provide the service within the SLA. The learning and development is also a challenge and the opportunities of career development are limited.

Excellent learning curve
Started as a learner, my dedication and ambition got me a permanent position as a customer service agent. It wasn't easy but I learnt and kept a positive energy. My co-workers thought me everything I had to know and even more. The knowledge I gain made me become an administrator, enjoyed engaging with brokers, dealers and consultants. Meeting target is challenging but I always strive to be over the average.
