Excellent Company to work for
When I started at Tracker the company provided intense traung for a month . My product knowledge and system knowledge was was excellent as i achieve a pass mark of over 90% for every assessment. The work environment was welcoming and I felt at home from day 1. I reach my targets daily and always put my name forward to assist with overtime. I alway had an excellent relationship with my manager, supervisors and team leaders and my fellow team members. We were really like a close family.
Pros: Acceptance as an individual. Very supportive.
Cons: Room for growth was limited in the department

receiving other departments responsibilities Handling unnecessary/faulty workload unable to communicate with the outside world like family expected to work on off day as its scheduled standby unable to take leave when necessary have to wait for other employees

have always been an energetic worker. Throughout my work history- this energy has shown itself in my upbeat attitude and ability to keep busy. Work has always been about more than a to-do list for me. I strive to take initiative to help on special projects and day-to-day tasks to ensure tasksed by my time management skills- so I work on top-priority jobs before searching for busywork. If I were to get this position- this energy- and everything that comes with it- would lead to brainstorming-vation and efficiency. I would bring a fierce- ambitious attitude. In the past my ambition has led me to take on roles of leadership when necessary. My last job saw a lot of turnover. I had only been with the companywas still one of the workers with the most experience. My supervisor was sick on the day of a big presentation. My coworkers and I were worried about who would take the lead. I willingly stepped in and presented what we had worked on.

Excellent service consultant
I have good communication skills self stater energetic and time keeper. Attention to detail and willing to grow within the company. I enjoy working with people able to share ideas with colleagues. I'm self motivated.

Work enforcement enlightenment and Challenging
I ensure that all systems are up and healthy, which first includes our hardware infrastructure section and then try by all means to assist where i can in other fields of the department , handle day to day tasks logged by business. I also handle the basics of networking especially cabling of servers and end users network connectivity to local connections. Maintenance of the server room is one of my key responsibilities, this is basically what i spend my day doing and working closely with the monitoring team . We face challenges like lines going down and attemps to restore lost or infected files, troubleshooting is also aspects of our regular day.
Pros: Abundant work field exposure, interactions with other teams and eagerness for them to teach you work

Career growth opportunity
Working for Tracker has been the most fulfilling experience in Call Centre career. We have daily targets & once that is done, you're more than welcome to go home. It's been a breeze making commission, with minimal effort you can reach and exceed your target. I get along with all my colleagues and have been told that my unique sense of humor is dearly missed when we're off work (Weekends/holidays). I've learnt that more heads are better than one, which is basically TEAMWORK.

My Tracker Journey
Good day, I am a friendly once you come to know me. I am seen as the fun bubbly person in my team, most times even when there's tensions I try to remain neutral. Since Tracker was my first home I've come to learn about corporate life, and How one should always strive keep learning. I would say having to work on multiple technologies is the most challenging I spent most of this year learning and implementing new concepts. My Day comprises of a Scrum stand-up, Writing Code usually new controllers, Unit test for methods, Script access(SQL) and Do some local and Dev environment tests. Hope to hear from you soon.
Pros: Mentor Interns, Co-Lead project, Given chances to work on new technologies.
Cons: Tends to get dull, work coming in slow.
